BLT Phyllo Party Bites
Notes:
- I do not recommend filling the shells more than 2-3 hours in advance. You don’t want them to get soggy.

You will need the following items to make this recipe:
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Medium bow
- Spoon
- Piping bag (optional)
- Platter or plate
Ingredients:
- 15 Phyllo Shells
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup finely chopped lettuce
- 1/3 cup bacon pieces, set some aside for topping
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions:
- Chop your lettuce, and slice the tomatoes in half.
- Arrange the Phyllo Shells on a plate or platter.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped lettuce, and bacon pieces to a medium bowl, and stir well to combine.
- Fill each Phyllo Shell with some of the filling. You can use a spoon, or a piping bag makes this simple, and effortless.
- Add a tomato half to the top of each filled Phyllo Shell. Then sprinkle a few bacon bits over the top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve and enjoy!
