These cherry cheesecake crescent pastries are simply delicious! A crescent roll base is topped with a homemade cheesecake mixture and cherry pie filling.

Cherry Cheesecake Crescent Pastries

You will need the following items to make this recipe:
- Small bowl
- Spoon
- Sharp knife
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper (optional)
Ingredients:
- 8 oz package crescent rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ⅓ cup cherry pie filling
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together in a small bowl.
- Lay the crescent sheet out on your baking sheet, and cut into 8 equal squares. Push the seams together.
- Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture to the center of each crescent square.
- Fold each corner of the crescent squares in, then pinch slightly where they meet in the middle.
- Add 2 cherries, and a bit of the cherry gel to the center of each, atop the cheesecake filling.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crescents are golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
