Are you Disorganized and Drowning in Clutter?
Is clutter ruining your ability to enjoy your life at home?
Do you try and try and try to get on top of the mess but you literally don’t know where to start to declutter? Or do you not even bother to try because it is just SO overwhelming?
Yup. I know what that’s like.
Have you tripped over your own shoes and then gotten frustrated with your husband for it or yelled at the kids for not cleaning up, when really, the mess is only partly theirs? Yeah, you’re not alone there either.
I’ve shared some of my struggle with clutter and disorganization here before – and also a little bit about how I’ve come out on the winning side of the clutter battle. (There are days when I don’t FEEL like I’m winning, particularly with the insane influx of stuff that comes when you have a baby…but mostly, I stay on top of the clutter now.)
The response to my articles on decluttering has been HUGE.
In fact, they’re some of the most popular on my site – some of them are read thousands of times per day. And the comments and emails I get to about them are heartfelt and… sad.
Clutter and disorganization are making you sad.

My take away from this is that in our western culture, clutter and disorganization are a real issue. One that we have no idea how to tackle.
We are bombarded with the message that more is always better, more is what we need. And we eat this message up.
And we allow our homes to be filled to overflowing with clutter and junk, and you know what?
And it’s not really even our fault.
We’ve never LEARNED to deal with clutter and disorganization. Just like anything in life, if we want to be good at something (like keeping a tidy and clutter free home), we need to LEARN to do it. I have learned, over the past few years, how to handle clutter – mostly – to keep it out of my home.
I wish I had the time to create a course on how to deal with clutter (I do not have this kind of time), because I believe that I can relate and I can share things that are beneficial – like the fact that to deal with clutter you need to identify and deal with the cause of the clutter.
Just getting rid of a bunch of your stuff won’t solve anything – you’ll just collect more stuff, I promise! (And don’t even get me started on why methods like KonMari will fail you – especially if you have a family – only keep the stuff that brings you joy?! Sure, so just chuck out all your husbands stupid high school trophies, your 10 year old’s creepy bug farm and all your baby’s gross chewed up board books. This is not realistic…. not even a little bit.)
The simple answer to your messy house problems…
I found an amazing (and cheap) step-by-step online course that will help you get yourself decluttered and organized in no time: It’s called The Organized Home by Hilary from Pulling Curls. It is created just for people like us, who need to be given bite-sized tips & lessons on organization so we know where stuff is, save time & feel more peace at home. (Because we do ACTUALLY deserve to feel at peace in our homes!)
This is the perfect course for you if:
- You always need hours of notice before having guests because you’re embarrassed about the state of your home.
- You’re always worried you misplaced an important document or won’t be able to find things when you need them.
- You’ve ever wondered why can’t YOU enjoy peaceful time on the couch or enjoying your family instead of always stressing out about the state of your home?
If you need someone to TEACH you how to get organized, Hilary is your girl, and you can get 10% off the course here with the code MOP10.
The simple answer to your disorganization ( and clutter) problem is to LEARN to kick the clutter and be organized! You can NOT do it if you’ve never LEARNED how!
This course will teach you how to deal with disorganization and clutter.
The course is a step-by-step, room-by-room guide to getting your disorganization problem under control.
Stop letting clutter ruin your day. Stop spinning your wheels when it comes to decluttering.
This isn’t something that’s gonna go away on it’s own.
The clutter will only multiply, your feeling of overwhelm will only become deeper.
There is nothing that feels more – freeing – than sitting down at the end of the day in a house that has space. It’s like the air literally feels lighter.
You will NOT regret taking your house back from under the mountain of stuff.
